I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensed in the state of Michigan. I began practicing in 2017, shortly after completing my Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Oakland University (2017).  I also hold a Bachelors degree in General Psychology from Western Michigan University (2014).

I started Living Hope Counseling Center in January 2020 in Clinton Township, MI and eventually relocated to Kalamazoo, in 2022. In my early years as a therapist, my work focused on adolescent and young adult mental health and has since shifted to working with moms, presenting with a variety of struggles. From perinatal mental health, navigating motherhood at all stages, supporting single moms, to providing parenting education and support, I'm here to help support you wherever you're at!

When I'm not meeting with clients, you can likely find me at home spending quality time with my family or grabbing coffee with a friend! Being intentional with the people in my life, professionally and personally, is what I enjoy most. I also enjoy spoiling our Golden Retriever, going on family walks, reading, board games, and crafting.
